So, here I go again…
Wrapping myself tight…
Into the web; an assassin’s technique.
I’ve got some building skills impressive to the community in need.
Oh, I’m stagnant but I’m awake and can cope with death.
Did you know that the weapon compatibility list just dropped?
Along with surveillance.
Without a say of a better thought out practice of organization.
Provocateur berserker engaged.
Just look at the ways they can agitate from the perch hanging over the fence.
It’s a clever trick, but it’s a played out concept.
Try something a little more off-kilter and wicked if you want me to sign.
And remember that there’s a bug in my line that will kill if I don’t keep lying.
so I must speak cryptically.
Becoming the new flesh.
I become the new flesh.
Unconventional freedom.
Psychic masochism forced down and out of element.
New mental autonomy.
I see one way to save me,
Only one way to save me.
End the pressure, decrease the amount of hands on me until I agree.
That something can be done at all to fix what they think’s wrong with me.
I’ll do all that I can but I will need some help to…
Track the wave rhythm.
See that it’s lopsided.
Measure then reverse and focus.
You met me on the fence.

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
